Where Is The Mourning, Mr. Zardari?

October 29, 2009

To Our Elite And Not Just The President: Was a reception for a foreign guest more important than sharing the grief of your people?

More than one hundred innocent Pakistanis killed in one day, more than two hundred in less than a month. Attacks linked to our own and America’s failed Afghan policy. Attacks supported by anti-Pakistan forces in the region and not just unknown ‘extremists’. Children left without parents, a nation terrorized. And the response of our political elite? Dinner, toasts and merrymaking in Islamabad. Was a reception for a foreign guest more important than sharing the grief of your people? A shameless foreign-backed ruling elite.

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan—One hundred and ten killed in one day. More than two hundred dead in less than a month. If this were any other country, emergency would have been declared, nation would have been mobilized, and intellectuals would have moved to question the policies of rulers who draw their strength from Washington and London and not from the people and the interests of Pakistan.

kayani-YR2001-wide-horizontal

Okaz, JEDDAH – Pakistani military sources said Friday that the army was considering announcing a state of emergency in the country following the deterioration of the security situation as the military operation continues against the Taleban.

The sources said that a National Security Council meeting due to be held within the next 48 hours will consider Chief of the Army Staff Gen. Ashfaq Kayani assuming the role of chief executive in order to supervise security with the presidency and government institutions continuing their activities in governing the country. According to the sources, the move has received preliminary acceptance from the Pakistani presidency, although a source at the Presidency denied knowledge of any such move being tabled for discussion.

Lahore attacks to further strengthen Nation’s resolve

October 15, 2009

Aquib Moin & MS | PakistanKaKhudaHafiz.com

The dust from the GHQ attack had barely settled down and once more we’re faced with not one but three synchronised attacks on security establishmentsin the city of Lahore.

With the recent pattern of targetting security forces, it is evident that the terrorists are working on a specific agenda which is a part of a greater plan. The impact of these attacks will serve to creating an uproar in the International media about Pakistan being vulnerable to a ‘Taliban takeover’ – Nothing could be further from the truth. While these attacks are a setback for the security forces, the tide in Pakistan has swiftly turned against the foreign-backed terrorists in Pakistan over the last few months.

It is a crucial time and the Pakistani nation, patriots and the Armed forces should be vigilant, alert and very cautious. The scenario that is building up points towards the desperate attempts of the enemies of Pakistan to lead it to a battleground wherein they can engage Pakistan to achieve their sinister goals in the region. But before doing so, they need to create “favorable” circumstances in Pakistan by accomplishing certain “sub-tasks” using these recent act of terrorism.

Their sub-objectives with which they intend to lead Pakistan to ultimate chaos are as follows:

Zardari Looking To Replace Kayani?

October 11, 2009

Amir Mir

LAHORE: Amidst rising tension between Pakistan’s civilian government and the country’s military tops brass over some controversial provisions of the Kerry-Lugar Bill, there are reports that President Asif Zardari has been contemplating to replace Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Pervez Kayani for his persistent opposition to the USD 7.5 billion American financial assistance programme.

The Pakistani military leadership has already made public its opposition to the Kerry-Lugar Bill by issuing a formal press release following the October 7, 2009 corps commanders’ conference which evoked immediate panic at the presidency and in government corridors. The statement issued by the military spokesman expressed serious concern over some of the provisions of the legislative bill and warned that these could affect ’national security’. Unlike previous no-strings US aid packages, Kerry-Lugar non-military financial assistance bill makes support conditional on Pakistan’s military being subordinated to its elected government, and taking action against militants sheltering on its soil. The Pakistani military leadership’s ire is focused on the Kerry-Lugar Bill’s specific requirements that the US Secretary of State certify, at six-month intervals, that the Pakistani military remains under civilian oversight, even specifying such details as the need for the government to control senior command promotions.

Zardari ‘could be eliminated’ as US eyes another regime change

September 26, 2009

[PKKH] Another example of US micromanagement in Pakistan’s internal affairs. While nobody in Pakistan wants Zardari to stay on the President’s post, it is the system which needs an overhaul.

Dr. Shahid Masood | The News

WASHINGTON: Americans see a change fast, but smoothly, coming in Pakistan in the wake of loss of credibility of the man at the helm, following some domestic legal developments.

After meeting top political and defence decision-makers here in the US capital, where I was invited by the National Defence University (NDU) for a two-day seminar on the anniversary of 9/11, I was told in unambiguous terms that a change in Pakistan was inevitable for US policy interests, although Washington does not intend to disrupt the system.

Several important Pakistani political players have also been conveyed the same message by the US political and defence establishment, including the MQM and recently the ANP, whose chief is travelling with President Asif Zardari in New York.

The perils of having a moron as President

June 24, 2009

“India not a threat”, says President Asif Zardari

First he said there is an Indian in every Pakistani. Now he thinks Indians are his blood brothers. His whole body and thought process is built from Haram and khiyanat. What does he know about dignity, honour and courage or even self respect. There may be a Hindu in Him but for Pakistan, India remains the biggest threat, supported by Israel, US and Baitullah Mehsud.

“India is no longer a military threat to Pakistan, while the Taliban threaten not only the world, but also our way of life”, President Asif Ali Zardari has said.

“I do not consider India a military threat; the question is that India has the capability. Capability is what matters. (With regard to) intention I think we both have our good intentions. India is a reality, Pakistan is a reality, but Taliban are a threat, an international threat” he told EuroNews while visiting Brussels for the first summit between the European Union (EU) and Islamabad.

Is US ‘Occupying’ Pakistan?

June 23, 2009

38 Pakistanis Killed By CIA Drones Every Month Since 2006

Not only killing Pakistanis, but the U.S. is quietly increasing the number of its soldiers based in Balochistan and NWFP, and is building a massive military fortress right behind the Presidency and PM House in Islamabad that will cost one billion dollars. The arrival of the Americans comes with increased separatist chatter inside Sindh, Balochistan, NWFP, and the Northern Areas. The silence of the Zardari government has been bought for US $ 1.5 billion. Gradually, America will turn Pakistan to a mess like Iraq, with sectarian killings and proxy wars. The Pakistani people and the military need to wake up.

Obama’s Murderous Guest

May 19, 2009

Fatima Bhutto | May 5th 2009

42-22288581Besides ruining my country, I believe my aunt’s husband, Pakistani President Zardari, orchestrated my father’s murder. Is Obama really going to offer him billions more when they meet today?

Something rotten has arrived in Washington.

Today, President Barack Obama will shake hands and stage Oval Office photo ops for the first time with the man who many believe stole billions from the Pakistani treasury, empowered Pakistan’s newly formed Taliban by imposing Shariah law without a vote or referendum, and whom I have publicly accused of orchestrating the murder of my father, Murtaza Bhutto, an elected member of parliament until he was killed in 1996.

Pak Govt: India Behind Balochistan Unrest

April 23, 2009

Finally this puppet government appears to have woken up to Indian/Afghan backed terrorism in Pakistan:

ISLAMABAD: The government on Wednesday startled the Senate by saying that Russia and India were supporting the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) in its secession bid, saying the same outfit had kidnapped UNHCR official John Solecki.

Making a policy statement while winding up the five-day debate that in fact continued for three days, excluding Saturday and Sunday, on the killing of there Baloch leaders and the deteriorating law and order in Balochistan, Adviser to Prime Minister on Interior Rehman Malik claimed they had proof of foreign involvement in the province.

Shari’ah Law For Swat

April 13, 2009

Zardari Signs Regulation After Parliament Approval

satelliteISLAMABAD  — An aide to Pakistan’s president says he has signed a regulation imposing Islamic law in the northwest valley.

The government is agreeing to revert to an Islamic justice system in the Swat Valley.

Swat was an independent state governed under Shari’ah until 1970 when then military ruler General Yahya Khan scrapped its independent identity.

Locals say they used to settle their issues under Shari’ah, insisting that the enforcement of British laws complicated the situation.

President Asif Ali Zardari signed off on the rule Monday night after members of the National Assembly urged him to do so in a unanimously backed resolution.

His spokeswoman Farahnaz Ispahani confirmed the signing.

Hillary, Zardari & One Iranian Bureaucrat

April 1, 2009

Minister Mehmood Qureshi rushed to Tehran recently on behalf of the Americans to plead with the Iranians to attend this U.S.-sponsored conference, not knowing that dragging Iran into Afghanistan is actually part of the U.S. plan to ditch Pakistan in the gutter and trample on Pakistani interests by uniting the world against our country. I mean how stupid can you be, Mr. President Zardari and Mr. Foreign Minister Qureshi? Last week our President traveled secretly to Dubai to meet, not the U.S. president or vice president, not even the U.S. foreign minister, but some bureaucrat with a questionable title called ‘Af-Pak special envoy’.

Pakistan’s major threat: US ignorance

March 26, 2009

Shireen M Mazari

US ignorance regarding the ground realities of Pakistan is a source of major threat to Pakistan, both in terms of its internal dynamics and external security concerns. Taking the internal dynamics first, there were the crude US interventions during the nation’s reassertion of its self in the context of the long march and the demand for the restoration of the constitutional chief justice – with members of the US Administration trying to bulldoze the opposition political leaders into abandoning the march to Islamabad and into making unholy compromises with their present favourite Pakistani – President Zardari. It is a testimony to the Pakistani people that the US failed in its nefarious designs and at the end of the day had to make conciliatory statements regarding the restoration of Chief Justice Chaudhry. But imperial hubris could not resist sending the CIA chief to Islamabad to coincide with the CJP’s date of restoration of office.

Another bombshell in store for Zardari

March 18, 2009

zardari-copyRestoration of the chief justice and other judges may be the end of a political crisis that has caused a rebellion in the PPP and brought down its popularity graph, but President Asif Zardari is about to face another crisis of credibility from his own family members, sources close to the Bhutto family told this correspondent.

Even the Chairman of PPP, Bilawal Zardari, at this young age, may have to come in public and support his beloved Aunt Sanam Bhutto against his father’s claims of material and political inheritance of his Shaheed mother Benazir Bhutto.

MQM-PPP-ANP Scheme For Dividing Pakistan

February 7, 2009

The MQM claims to represent the entire Urdu speaking population of Pakistan, which is false. The ANP claims to represent all the Pashtun. Which is false too. Both of them are anti-Pakistan parties and their leaderships have maintained close ties to India. Now both of them are governing Pakistan as part of a U.S.-brokered setup. And when the U.S. and India are working vigorously on multiple fronts to break up Pakistan, they have the perfect allies in this MQM-PPP-ANP government. Both MQM and ANP can ignite an ethnic war overnight. Pakistanis need to be wary of the so-called Provincial Autonomy bill presented by MQM. Patriotic Pakistanis who are members of these three parties need to keep an eye on their leaderships, especially their dealings with U.S. diplomats and their secret visits to America.

India’s Terror Dossier

February 6, 2009

Further Evidence Of A Conspiracy

The most striking point about the dossier is its vague and unprofessional character. Enormous reliance is placed on the interrogation of the captured terrorist, Mohammed Amir Kasab, despite the fact that there is an abundance of other evidence – eyewitness accounts, CCTV and TV footage, forensic evidence, etc. – which could have been called upon to establish when, where, and what exactly happened during the attacks. This gives rise to the suspicion that the interrogation is being used as a substitute for real investigation because it can be influenced by intimidation or torture, whereas other sources of evidence cannot be influenced in the same way.

Like father, like son: Astonishing history of Bush family!

January 26, 2009

Part 1/2

The archival evidence is now clear that Prescott Bush, the president’s grandfather, was a director and shareholder of companies that profited from and collaborated with key financial backers of Nazi Germany.

That business relationship continued after Hitler invaded Poland in 1939 and even after Germany declared war on the United States following Japan’s bombing of Pearl Harbor in December 1941. It stopped only when the U.S. government seized assets of Bush-connected companies in late 1942 under the “Trading with the Enemy Act.”

Wondering why war monger son of war mongering fore-fathers restarted half complete job of his daddy?

Part 2/2

To fully understand the present manifestation of the Bush family and its excesses, one must consider its history over several generations, a difficult and painful undertaking since it reveals so much about the self-destructive apathy of the American people.

Prescott Bush’s business and personal connections were to have a profound impact on the course of American history. Many of his wealthy friends bankrolled his son, George Herbert Walker Bush, in launching his first oil business in Texas – and then a political career that would take the Bush family to the White House.
