Takmeel-e-Pakistan is a mission that is above ethnic, sectarian, linguistic divides. When we launched this mission and decided to pass this resolution, our objective was to unite Pakistanis from all walks of life, from the common man on the street to the leading scholars and respected ulema from all over Pakistan.
Unfortunately we have faced stiff opposition and threats of violence and death from certain quarters in the last few weeks, which is why we have decided to clarify our stance with regards to Zaid Hamid and the Yusuf ‘Kazzab’ issue.
PKKH and the Takmeel-e-Pakistan team have never had anything to do and will never have anything to do with any Yusuf Ali / Yusuf Kazzab.
Both PKKH and Takmeel-e-Pakistan are completely ‘independent’ organizations and our association with BrassTacks and Zaid Hamid is due to our agreement on issues concerning Pakistan’s National Security, and projection and promotion of the ideology of Pakistan. We urge all parties to resolve this issue peacefully instead of publicly issuing threats of violence and calling for ‘Jihad’ against fellow muslims – which was threatened in statements in newspapers in the buildup to Takmeel by individuals linked to AMTKN and allied groups.
We respect the noble mission that AMTKN carries forward, and have nothing but the utmost respect for Ulemas, irrespective of their maslaks. We also believe Zaid Hamid to be a patriotic son of Pakistan who has done phenomenal work in a short space of time to make Pakistanis realize their true potential and the beautiful future that awaits them InshaAllah. We believe this issue is resolved soon so the focus can be on Pakistan again, at a time when we face multiple threats from our external enemies.
Pakistanis need to unite at this critical hour. The Takmeel-e-Pakistan resolution that was succesfully presented to the nation on March 23rd 2010, is the first step in this direction, and InshaALLAH we will work hard in the coming days and months to get all leading ulemas, scholars, and thinkers on board with this noble mission and work towards our common goal: implementation of a true Islamic system in Pak Sarzameen and the revival of the Islamic ummah, based on the principles of Quran and Sunnah as demonstrated in the Khilafat-e-Rashidah.
Pakistan, InshaALLAH Hamesha Paindabaad – and may Allah SWT destroy those who oppose efforts to implement His system as we promised on March 23rd, 1940 and again on March 23rd, 2010.

ISLAMABAD – Now Americans can land only on Benazir Bhutto Shaheed International Airport, Islamabad, as Government has banned other airports of the country for them. A reliable source informed TheNation that unusual activities of Americans in Pakistan have forced the Government to take this decision and the arrest of five US nationals from Sargodha also played a key role in it.
Intelligence agencies have been reporting about increasing anger and agony against Americans among the general public, as the US nationals don’t abide by the laws. On many occasions, US nationals publicly didn’t abide the law of the state, as four times in Lahore and six times in Islamabad they were stopped on various police checkpoints and illegal weapons were recovered from them, but still they were allowed to move freely. This raised many questions about the integrity of Pakistan, and political parties, civil society and media were openly protesting against this discrimination.
Is Rehman Malik Ready to Resign? Malik had said earlier that he will resign is Xe presence in Pakistan proved. CIA spokesman confirmed Xe (Blackwater) presence in Pakistan.
Despite repeated denials, the CIA has now confirmed that US security contractor Xe Services, formerly known as Blackwater, has been operating in Pakistan. CIA spokesman George Little said that agency Director Leon Panetta has terminated a contract with Xe services that allowed the company’s employees to load bombs on CIA drones at secret airfields in Pakistan and Afghanistan.
Today is the day I lost you
amid the blood and tears, your angelic face
your beautiful form wreathed in the scent of a martyr
I didn’t know you but I will always love you
for you are the glory of this land that I hold dear.
People all around us ask a thousand questions
But you sleep the most peaceful, blessed sleep
Your soul shines through the white layers of your shroud
and angels descend from the heavens to witness a love so deep
Tribune News Service New Delhi, November 20
Twenty years after the world leaders signed the Convention of Rights of the Child, India continues to lag behind on key commitments made to its children. The special edition of UNICEF’s State of the World Children (SOWC) report released here today to mark two decades of the historic convention signed on November 20 tracks the progress made over the years and reminds nations of the promises they are yet to keep.
If the report’s contents are anything to go by, India has a lot of catching up to do on child rights. While globally, annual number of deaths of children under five has fallen from around 12.5 million in 1990 to an estimated 8.8 million in 2008 — a 28 per cent decline — mortality rates in India remain unacceptably high, with 5,000 children dying every day due to preventable causes. Of these, 1,650 succumb to pre-natal complications, reflecting the persisting risk in deliveries, 1,100 die due to respiratory infections; 690 are consumed by diarrhoea and 530 to other avoidable infections. The caste divide is also worrisome, with the number of children per 1,000 live births dying before five years of age being 96 for Scheduled Tribes; 88 for Scheduled Castes and 59 for the general category.
Foreign Office and MI6 are backing efforts to remove ‘reconciled Talibs’ from UN sanctions list
British officials are increasing pressure on the Afghan government to talk to Taliban leaders as part of a major attempt at reconciliation, it emerged today.
The move is strongly backed by the Foreign Office – notably Sherard Cowper-Coles, the government’s special representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan – by MI6, and by Lieutenant General Graeme Lamb, former head of the SAS and Britain’s senior military officer in Kabul, the Guardian understands.
There have been many tragedies in the post 9/11 world. Millions have been killed by occupying forces in Afghanistan, Iraq, and elsewhere in the world. Wars followed by more wars and political upheaval resulting in chaos and coups. Apart from all this chaos, it is the intellectual forgery that has plagued the world. Right after 9/11 every petty journalists all around the world became an Afghan expert and started writing books on Afghanistan, Pakistan and the ‘War on Terror’. This was followed by Iraq, and now it’s Pakistan’s turn to be maligned by many pseudo intellectual fraudsters. One such newspaper is an online newspaper Asia Times Online that has a habit of towing the US establishment line and creating myths of preposterous nature. Asia Times is an online newspaper and is based out of Hong Kong. In the recent two part article written by Pepe Escobar, the author claims many things without any substantial evidence or quotations.
First part of the article is named, “Welcome to Pashtunistan”. Pashtun is the ethnic word for the Pathan or Pushtun race. Pashtunistan is the slogan of ANP (Awami National Party), which was founded by the deceased ANP leader Ghaffar Khan – was also known as the ‘Frontier Gandhi’ and was against partition of India, against the popular sentiment of the people of the Frontier who were sympathetic to the idea of a separate Muslim homeland for India’s muslims. Targeted with being Anti-Muslim, Ghaffar Khan was attacked in 1946, leading to his hospitalization in Peshawar.
Failed Presidential nominee Hillary Rodham Clinton, popped up in Pakistan recently on a ‘marathon’ three day visit to ‘assuage’ the offended Pakistani population who – for some reason – strongly object to being killed by American drones and car-bombed in the fallout of obscene American policies. Apparently, three days is all it takes.

“I shall watch with keenness the work of your Research Organization in evolving banking practices compatible with Islamic ideas of social and economic life. The economic system of the West has created almost insoluble problems for humanity and to many of us it appears that only a miracle can save it from disaster that is not facing the world. It has failed to do justice between man and man and to eradicate friction from the international field. On the contrary, it was largely responsible for the two world wars in the last half century. The Western world, in spite of its advantages, of mechanization and industrial efficiency is today in a worse mess than ever before in history. The adoption of Western economic theory and practice will not help us in achieving our goal of creating happy and contended people. We must work our destiny in our own way and present to the world an economic system based on true Islamic concept of equality of manhood and social justice. We will thereby be fulfilling our mission as Muslims and giving to humanity the message of peace which alone can save it and secure the welfare, happiness and prosperity of mankind”.

Pakistan’s Ambassador to the US Husain Haqqani has written to the foreign secretary and ISI Cheif, warning them that harassing Americans or denying them visas hurts the country’s image and can have severe consequences, CNN-IBN reported on Saturday.
According to the channel, Haqqani’s letter, dated July 28, 2009, reveals that Pakistan has a blacklist of US journalists and non-government organisations (NGO) that are critical of Islamabad. The ambassador has warned that Pakistan risked hearings in the US Congress and potential restrictions on aid and military sales if US citizens were harassed or intimidated. The letter mentioned instances where US institutions or journalists were denied visas, harassed or put under surveillance. Haqqani has demanded explanations for these actions and a copy of the blacklist.
Mr. Haqqani’s plea to the Pakistani Intelligence agencies comes at a time when there is effectively a quiet occupation of Pakistan taking place by Americans arriving in one form or the other. There have been confirmed reports of over 200 houses being rented and barricaded all over Islamabad, 300 plus ‘military trainers’ setting up shop in Tarbela, new facilities being granted to the notorious ‘Blackwater’ – now with a new name, Xe Worldwide – in parts of Sindh, and the rather obvious CIA front, Create Associates International Inc (CAII) operating not only in Peshawar but also in Islamabad.
