Indian lawyer exposes how Indian Police creates fake terrorists with fake Pak links

December 19, 2009

Ahmed Quraishi

After the 2008 Mumbai attacks, the American-British [Am-Brit] media highlighted how Indian police had arrested two Indian Muslims who had links to the Kashmiri group Lashkar Tayyiba. But the Am-Brit media goes silent when the truth comes out and it turns out that Indian military intelligence is involved in creating fake terrorists and blaming them on Pakistan.

NEW DELHI, India—The Indian police authorities and the officials of India’s notorious intelligence agency RAW are known for creating fake terrorists with fake links to Pakistan. Ajmal Kasab & company were not the first in this exercise. RAW and Indian police are practicing this art for years now. In a recent development, a daring Indian lawyer exposed one such drama and proved how the Indian police and RAW officials frame innocent people to prove them to be terrorists from Pakistan.

According to details, criminal lawyer M. S. Khan succeeded in proving the innocence of two Indian men who were alleged to be associates of a Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Tayyiba divisional commander.

Expel These Two US Diplomats From Pakistan

October 3, 2009

Ahmed Quraishi

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan—CIA’s mouthpieces in the US media and the Web have been activated to give maximum punch to US threats of bombing Quetta and convincing the international public opinion of the veracity of US intelligence on the presence of Mullah Omar and Osama bin Laden in Balochistan.  Separately, and as we predicted in our report A US Counteroffensive In Pakistan, the US embassy has decided to launch a ‘scare campaign’ inside Pakistan, discarding security concerns and opting to intensify television appearances on Pakistani channels in order to create public pressure against the government and especially against the military and the ISI.

One of the US intelligence mouthpieces has gone as far as warning Pakistan Army Chief Gen. Ashfaq Parvez Kayani of the ‘impact’ that US strikes could have on the Pakistani military, claiming that this could lead to a ‘revolt’ within the army and the Pakistani intelligence community.

The Long War Journal, founded by Bill Roggio, a frequent lecturer at US Air Force’s Contemporary Counterinsurgency Warfare School, has warned that the “expansion of the US air campaign into Balochistan would likely lead to an internal revolt in the Pakistani military.  General Kiyani knows the impact a wide-reaching US air campaign would have on his military.”

An inquiry into the Ishrat Jahan encounter case of June 15, 2004 by a city magisterial court has revealed that the four killings were staged by the then Ahmedabad police commissioner KR Kaushik, crime branch chief PP Pandey, DIG DG Vanzara and his men.

Indian Dossier Lacks Concrete Proof Against Saeed

August 27, 2009

42-21906708ISLAMABAD: India’s only evidence against Jamaatud Dawa chief Hafiz Saeed is based on statements given by three accused detained in the Mumbai attack case, claiming that the banned outfit’s leader had overseen their training and urged them in his sermons to carry out attacks.

The sixth dossier on the 26/11 attacks handed over to Pakistan last week, which India said contained ‘solid evidence against Hafiz Saeed’ is a mere reproduction of the already shared confessional accounts of the lone surviving Mumbai attack accused, Ajmal Amir Kasab, and two other accused in the case Faheem Ansari and Sabahuddin.

India on failing streak…

May 28, 2009

Tabish Qayyum and Hammad Qureshi

Once again Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) of India has failed to fulfill its agenda of avenging the self created Mumbai wounds by eliminating leadership of Jamat-ud-dawa (JuD). They are working on two primary objectives:

  1. To eliminate JuD leadership,
  2. To damage trust between JuD, Pakistani Government and Law Enforcement agencies, that has naturally built over the years due to the pro-Pakistan policies and defence of Pakistan that JUD has carried out over the years.

Is Rehman Malik Blaming ISI For Lahore Attack?

March 30, 2009

policeattack_ap608

Time to cut off rail, air, and road links with India, including denying Indian airlines the right to use Pakistan airspace and denying Indian overland trade to Central Asia pending the investigations and a review by Pakistan of Indian activities inside and around Pakistan.

Ahmed Quraishi

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan—A second Mumbai-style attack in Lahore in less than a month, both targeting Lahore, a city that has traditionally bore the brunt of Indian-inspired terrorism inside Pakistan.

The level of training of these people and the choice of targets leaves little doubt that someone is trying to teach Pakistan a lesson. It is baffling to see Interior Advisor Rehman Malik so eager to quickly pin the blame on groups such as Lashkar Tayyeba or Lashkar Jhangvi that were active in the Kashmir freedom struggle in the past and are dormant now. Accusing these groups is an indirect swipe at the Pakistani security and intelligence agencies that implemented State policy in the past of supporting the freedom fighters inside the disputed territory with India.

Lashkar: Indian Agencies Behind Lahore Attacks

March 8, 2009

Kashmiri militant group Lashkar-e-Taiba rejected media reports in India that it was involved in an attack on Sri Lanka’s cricket squad in Lahore.

“These media reports are false, incorrect and baseless,” Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) spokesman Abdullah Ghaznavi said. He was speaking by telephone from Srinagar from an undisclosed location.

“The attack on Sri Lanka’s team was an attack on Pakistan’s sovereignty and Kashmiri militants could never even think of that (such an attack),” Ghaznavi said.

LeT, which has been fighting for freedom from New Delhi’s rule in Indian-occupied Kashmir, blamed Indian security agencies for the Lahore attack.

“The attack is the handiwork of Indian agencies to defame Pakistan and bring instability to the country,” Ghaznavi said.

Lashkar-e-Taiba has often been blamed by India for terrorist acts within India. Most of these acts have subsequently been proved to have been carried out by Indian based Hindu extremist groups with support from serving Indian army officers.

Lashkar-e-Taiba has never been implicated in any terrorist activities on Pakistani soil and has a strict policy in this regard. They have in fact recently come under fire and recieved threats from CIA backed terrorist Baitullah Mehsud.

Mehsud’s ‘Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan’ (TTP) threatened attacking members of Lashkar-e-Taiba by pointing out that they only fight against Indian rule in Kashmir and do not support TTP’s version of ‘Jihad’ against Pakistani citizens.

Meanwhile, Pakistan’s interior ministry chief Rehman Malik said Friday he could not rule out foreign involvement in the Sri Lankan cricket attack.

“I cannot rule out (the involvement of a) foreign hand in the incident,” Malik told reporters in Lahore.

Trailer: Kashmir – Journey to Freedom

February 11, 2009

Kashmir – Journey to Freedom

A film by Udi Aloni. [Official Site] | [IMDB]

This is the story of a stateless nation that has become a tragic and deadly war zone, a land enveloped in a night of terror for 60 years, and a people born with no choice but revolution or despair.

The people in Kashmir live under a terrible and unprecedented military occupation, which denies its own existence and remains invisible to the world. Before 1943, Kashmir was a distinctively peaceful region characterized by harmonious religious coexistence between its Muslim, Hindu, Sikh and Buddhist communities. But today, divided between India and Pakistan, and labeled as terrorists and fundamentalists, Kashmiris are trapped in the middle of a tense and bitter conflict that has already exploded in three full-scale wars, leading to the nuclearization of India and Pakistan.

This film tells the story of a new generation of young Muslims that, inspired by the Sufi culture and Kashmir’s long history of ethnic and religious coexistence, started a non-violent movement in the hopes for a new peace in this land of mythic beauty that straddles between two anxious and volatile nuclear powers.

Israeli director’s film on Kashmir earns Indian ire

Srinagar, Feb 09: Indian authorities have taken umbrage at Kashmir: Journey to Freedom and are refusing to allow American-Israeli director Udi Aloni to return to India, after his film was premiered in Panorama section, at the Berlin Film Festival which showcases independent and arthouse cinema.

Aloni tells how a new generation of young Muslim Kashmiris, after years of armed resistance, decide to lay down their arms and start a nonviolent resistance movement – in the hope of finally achieving peace and independence.

Human Rights Watch: Letter to Kashmir CM

February 11, 2009

42-17173296

“Thousands of people remain victims of enforced disappearances in Jammu and Kashmir. The practices of “disappearances” and extrajudicial executions violate basic human rights, including the right to life, the right to liberty and security of the person, the right to a fair and public trial, as well as the prohibition on torture and cruel, inhuman, and degrading treatment or punishment. Under international law, an enforced disappearance is a continuing crime until the “disappearance” is resolved.”

“While previous governments have admitted that many persons are missing, it was claimed that they had crossed the border into Pakistan to become militants. Yet, as you are aware, unmarked graves of those deemed to have been unidentified foreign militants are scattered all over Jammu and Kashmir. Many believe that these graves contain the remains of their loved ones who were picked up by security forces, killed in custody, and then falsely identified in police reports to be foreign militants, usually Pakistani citizens. In many cases, when relatives have succeeded in their demand to have graves exhumed, their claims have been found to be correct.”

Pakistan’s Alleged Proxies

February 11, 2009

Pakistan’s Proxies, If Any, Are Pakistan’s Right

Pakistan did not start the proxy wars in the region. The first proxy militia – Mukti Bahini in East Pakistan – was created and used by India in 1971 to invade Pakistani territory. And again, in Balochistan, India and the Soviets created and armed a Baloch ‘liberation army’. Then in 1989 the Americans left Afghanistan and ran away, leaving Pakistan to worry about the results. Pakistan had to act. And it did. If we sympathize with the Afghan Taliban or with Kashmiri groups that antagonize India, there is a legitimate reason for it. Pakistan can’t be expected to drop its legitimate interests just because India wants so.

Pentagon/Zionist Press Targets Pakistan As Next ‘Iraq’

February 8, 2009

Obama’s biggest foreign policy challenge? It’s Pakistan

A nearly completed U.S. military study is expected to say that nuclear-armed Pakistan , not Iraq , Afghanistan or Iran , is the most urgent foreign policy challenge facing President Barack Obama .

Pakistan , convulsed by a growing al Qaida -backed insurgency, hamstrung by a ruinous economy and run by an unpopular government that’s paralyzed by infighting and indecision, is critical to U.S. efforts to stabilize Afghanistan , thwart the spread of nuclear weapons and prevent tensions with neighboring India from escalating into a nuclear showdown.

“This will be a major policy challenge,” warned Paul Pillar , a professor at Georgetown University in Washington who served as the top U.S. intelligence analyst on the region. “The situation is in flux.”

Pakistan is slipping deeper by the day into political, economic, ethnic and religious chaos.

The Pakistani Taliban control most of the tribal areas bordering Afghanistan and have seized Swat, a valley 100 miles from Islamabad . Electricity and food shortages have sparked unrest and stalled industrial production, and the stock market has dropped more than 60 percent while the Pakistani rupee has fallen 30 percent against the dollar in the last year.

India’s Terror Dossier

February 6, 2009

Further Evidence Of A Conspiracy

The most striking point about the dossier is its vague and unprofessional character. Enormous reliance is placed on the interrogation of the captured terrorist, Mohammed Amir Kasab, despite the fact that there is an abundance of other evidence – eyewitness accounts, CCTV and TV footage, forensic evidence, etc. – which could have been called upon to establish when, where, and what exactly happened during the attacks. This gives rise to the suspicion that the interrogation is being used as a substitute for real investigation because it can be influenced by intimidation or torture, whereas other sources of evidence cannot be influenced in the same way.

Kashmiri Militants Escape After 9 Day Standoff

January 10, 2009

The militants and the Indian Army had been fighting for the past nine days in Poonch, with the Indian Army earlier claiming to have surrounded the militants ‘from all sides’.

On Thursday afternoon, the Indian Army called off the operation when it became clear that the terrorists were not in the area any more.

The Indian Army has released a statement that the operation was over, but they do not seem to have an explanation for how their estimates have been so off the mark.

In the beginning, when the operation began, the Army said there were 4 militants. Then they said there were 10. Now, when the militants have got away after killing Indian Army soldiers, they still don’t know for sure how many there were.

A big slap on the face of those calling for war with Pakistan. A handful of rag-tag militants armed with AK47s and grenades against the might of the Indian army – what chance would they have against our battle hardened tribal lashkars, if it ever came to war?

The Indian Bluff

January 1, 2009

pakistanf-16 Will India launch punitive strike(s) against Pakistan? Highly unlikely. India would have already struck if it had a choice. It doesn’t have a choice for two major reasons:

1. Indians know, they can start a conflict, but where and how the war ends will not be in their control.

2. By tangling themselves in a war, they run a too realistic risk of delivering a mortal blow to their service-based economy, which may not even survive the brinksmanship Indians are engaging in.
