Let the Indians Strike Targets: US to Zardari

General Rtd. Aslam Baig has said that US General Mullen is pressing our authorities to allow India to hit certain targets, keeping silent and indifferent to the situation as they have been doing in case of US attacks, which he believes, will cool down India and diffuse tensions between the two countries.
“I don’t think that conscientious Pakistani nation and brave armed forces of Pakistan will accept such a situation. This will be shameful and render Pakistan submission to India,” the retired General said.
He called upon the rulers to explain their position in this regard. He said that the US was after ridiculing the sovereignty of Pakistan only to please India and Mullen had come with a dangerous message.
UPDATE: Reports coming in from variuos sources suggest that COAS Kiyani yesterday made it clear that regardless of how the civilan government chooses to respond to the US request to allow Indian ’surgical strikes’, Pakistan Army will not accept any Indian intrusion. The scrambling of jets over Lahore and Islamabad yesterday was part of this and the armed forces are alert and ready to defend against any Indian action.
Kiyani is also said to have told US General Michael Mullen that in event of any aggression from India, the US and NATO can ‘forget about’ using Pakistan territory to supply their forces in Afghanistan as all resources will be diverted to defending against India on the eastern border.
“The armed forces are fully prepared to meet any eventuality, as his men are ready to sacrifice for their country,” General Kayani told the Zardari yesterday in a meeting where he also stressed that any further buckling under mounting Indian pressure would prove counter-productive in the sense that it would further encourage New Delhi to further build up pressure on Islamabad. Pakistan would respond “within minutes” in the event of surgical strikes by India.

The fact remains that the ratio of losses will be directly proportional to the sizewise/populationwise standing of both countries. Hence the Ratio of Losses Pakistan:India will be 1:10 respectively.
We don’t have much to lose btw. Our Govt. of traitors have taken away whatever complacence and luxuries we had. India on the other hand, which is far more poorer as a state as compared to Pakistan, will lose and handfull; if India dares to trigger a war with us, they’ll simply lose a fortune.
Here’s a test case scenario:
PAF fleet consists of let’s say 200 Fighter Jets. Our pilots are known across the globe for their valor and gallantry. Plus, the fact of their envious superiority over Indian pilots was established 43 years ago. If India wants to only have an aerial war with Pakistan for instance, without any exaggeration, India’s loss will be 4 Jets per 1 Pakistani Jet. That’s like, in order to force Pakistan Airforce to bow down in front of Indian aggression, India will have to lose 800 fighter jets. Wow… And this would simply be the beginning! Let alone the alleged 12 men who stunned 1200 in Mumbai. What if we backed our Airforce with some ground support. India would be in shambles! We got only 4 major states. So we’re only breaking into 4. How many states does India have? Damn, India will be shattered like a sheet of glass! Even the slightest mistake by India today can trigger a full-fledge war. India should tread softly, because its her future that is at stake. Not Pakistan’s. Best of luck to India.

They forget their lessons very soon. I remember two Indian MIGS entering Pakistan during Kargil War and they both were downed by our air defence. I think Pakistan must have beefed up its air defences on the eastern side. Unfortunately, due to our incompetent foreign service, we are kinda getting isolated. Its seems like the Pakistani people need to carry out a coup detat!!!!!!!!!

Can you please quote your references? Was Mr Baig present at those discussions or is he going by hearsay to score cheap points? It does not make sense for the US to ask Pakisan to tolerate Indian surgical strikes.

General Aslam Baig is an ex-chief of Pakistan’s army and that puts him in a very credible position, considering his knowledge, contacts, and the access he has to those currently serving in the army / ISI – which is the most likely source of this leak.
Lets give them a war. Lets stand up my brothers and sisters and lets show them once more that what a nation we are when stand together….
I said a little while ago on a radio interview that India lost their biggest war against Pakistan when Pakistan was created in 1947. All this is just a continuity of efforts to destablize Pakistan..

The strong message by our air force two days back must have taken Indians a back,as expectedly they were of the view to put a pressure for achieving a submission to their will,which has not paid them in any coin.Our armed forces and army in perticulare,is ready to defened the mother land and thawart all such designs of our adversery to its end.I am sure as an ex service man,our nation is togather to stand such misventures if at all the Indians decides to take,in case of such situtions we must present ourself as jelled and like a fist.Tariq Khan
I agree but So far the army of Pakistan is acting to the strings of Amercia and internal policital thugs- So when does the Pakistan army- officers propose to sort out these problems?
Also is Pakistan really ready for a true islamic state, by allowing in the Talibans to rule- I do not think the people of Pakistan- including the army are quite ready for this yet. I mean the pakistan army would need to bend to Islamic laws and not marshal law- or for that matter civil laws.
Something needs to be done soon before each state is separated by internal confict.
I think the Pakistan Army has a right to march in and take full control as the country is under threat- after all when did it get sold to America or the Talibans!
Whenever I lived in Pakistan the army moved in and toke control and brought in law and order.
I think America is unfair to use drone planes on any one- that is what I call dirty warfare and has no place in our society of today- in any country!
Please do not allow Zardari to give away Pakistan to the highest bidder.
If Pakistan wants to remove control from foreign rule, STOP asking for financial funds- learn to stand on your own two feet-or you will always have a ongoing problem with your neighbours…another point stop internal confict as this makes Pakistan look easy prey for others to interfer in interanl affairs.

Hemant Karkare was a main target with the mission of to make him a hero who died bravely. looks like game was palend good but not that good to give a chance Inida attack Pakistan. Folks, I am sure they’re going to go for surgical strickes. In case they succeed to bomb their targets and go back to their airspace unharmed, how are we going to respond proportionately? Do you think it will be wise to raise the theryby starting a war?

What the fxxk our civilian leaders and foreign service is doing, these motherfxxers are behaving like they already lost everything. Once they given a strong reaction, indians are back on their knees, where they suppose to be in the first place. If they can like side by side then they will live in our foot, thats for sure bcz Pakistani nation is a very very solid nation in time of test and thanks for US who is playing all this game believe me or not.
